VARA Silver Jewellery — Return & Refund Policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return: Contact us at hello@varajewellery.ca to initiate a return. Approved returns should be sent to: 418 Shipp Drive, Unit 1917, Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.
If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at hello@varajewellery.ca if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items The following cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized jewelry orders.
- Sale items.
- Gift cards.
Exchanges To exchange an item, return your original piece and once accepted, place a new order for the item you'd like.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
