By visiting our store and purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms.

General These Terms of Service apply to all customers of VARA Silver Jewellery, operated from Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our store constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Products All jewelry is described as accurately as possible. Slight variations in colour may occur due to photography lighting and screen settings. We reserve the right to limit sales of our products to any person or region.

Pricing All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes (GST/HST) will be added at checkout based on your province.

Orders We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. If an order is cancelled, you will be fully refunded to your original payment method.

Shipping We currently ship within Canada only. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
